We will treat your information as private and only use it to fulfill only the purpose(s) for a reason it was requested or as permitted by law (i.e., to respond to inquiries or complaints).
Sharing information
(We might need to provide any (or all) of your data with auditors from quality assurance to aid in their evaluation of whether we’re meeting high-quality standards. We will strictly control all examinations and give the information to ensure that the processing of your case meets the criteria for the middle of quality. When we do this, we will ensure that we make sure that your personal information is private and secure. We will communicate with you throughout your case to determine which barristers, experts, and other third-party experts we work with within your name. Your Rights
You are entitled to Rights under the General Privacy Protection Regulation, including the right to know which information we hold on you (though there is a good chance that you have provided us with the same information we have). If you think the information we hold about you is incorrect or outdated, We would appreciate your feedback, and we’ll correct it.
How long will we keep your information?
We will only keep your data for as long as it is required to offer you legal assistance and only for the length of time we are required to by contract or as per our legal obligations. It will be, at most, six years following the conclusion of your matter or case. After that, will destroy the confidential information. Any information we have regarding you. We are required to retain your address, name, and date of birth to ensure that we do not act on behalf of an unrelated client if it violates our obligations in respect of your confidentiality.
