Team Profiles

Behind every case we handle is a team of people — qualified lawyers, support staff, community contributors and marketing professionals — who each play a clear role in how clients reach us, how their matter is handled, and how the firm continues to grow.

This page introduces the people behind KQ Solicitors. It reflects the mix of regulated legal experience, client care, community support, digital access and international legal understanding that shapes how we work. Roles are described accurately — not everyone listed on this page is a solicitor, and we make each person's position clear.

Principal Solicitor & Founder
Khurram Amir Qureshi

Khurram is the founder of KQ Solicitors and the firm's Principal Solicitor. Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2009, he has built a practice focused on UK immigration and family law, supporting clients with spouse and partner visa applications, ILR and settlement, British citizenship, fiancé and visit visas, sponsor licence work and other immigration matters, as well as related family law issues.

His approach is practical and client-led: clear advice, fixed fees where possible, and a real interest in the people behind each case. Alongside paid work, Khurram runs the Free Friday Clinic at The Dallow Centre, Luton, offering walk-in legal advice to members of the community at no charge.
